Terms and Conditions
Prior to using or accessing our services, it is important that you carefully review the terms and conditions set out below (herein referred to as the "Terms"). Additionally, you are also advised to periodically review and check our terms to ensure that you have been kept on the most updated version of these Terms.
Upon the CONSUMER’s commencement in the usage of our service, it is deemed the CONSUMER has read and accepted the Terms, hence forming an agreement between LAYER SENSE STUDIO and CONSUMER. LAYER SENSE STUDIO seeks the CONSUMER’S understanding that all products LAYER SENSE STUDIO sell are of a satisfactory quality approved before sales. Should the CONSUMER have any dissatisfaction upon the purchase of the product, there will be NO refunds given. However LAYER SENSE STUDIO will value every feedback and suggestions to improve our products and serve the CONSUMER better.
Products and Warranty
GENERAL PRODUCTS
LAYER SENSE STUDIO general product is inclusive of 7% GST charges and excludes the price of delivery or shipping.
The general product purchased by the CONSUMER from the product line will be entitled to 1 Year of Warranty from the date of purchase for wear and tear. The Warranty is only valid for a year and will only expire after the Warranty period ends or if the CONSUMER had tempered with the product.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
LAYER SENSE STUDIO customized product is inclusive of 7% GST charges and excludes the price of delivery or shipping.
LAYER SENSE STUDIO has the right to reject any request made by the CONSUMER if a negotiation between both parties cannot be made and agreed upon. Upon successful negotiation, the CONSUMER agrees to transfer a payment of the first 50% from the quoted price for the service they are requesting to LAYER SENSE STUDIO. Upon receiving the first payment, LAYER SENSE STUDIO will promise to deliver the request made by the CONSUMER.
Upon completion of the request, LAYER SENSE STUDIO will deliver the product to the CONSUMER. When the CONSUMER receives the product, the second payment which is 50% of the quoted price for the service must be made to LAYER SENSE STUDIO. The CONSUMER should only make payment to LAYER SENSE STUDIO after receiving the product. If the CONSUMER fails to make the second payment which is 50% of the quote price to LAYER SENSE STUDIO, LAYER SENSE STUDIO shall take legal actions.
LAYER SENSE STUDIO shall ensure that the product which the CONSUMER requested will not be replicated or reproduced in any way to be sold by LAYER SENSE STUDIO without the CONSUMER’S permission. The product is entitled to 1 Year of Warranty, counting from the date when the CONSUMER receives the product. The Warranty is only valid for a year and will only expire after the Warranty period ends or if the CONSUMER had tempered with the product.
Purchase and Order Agreement
LAYER SENSE STUDIO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time and is entitled to terminate the Agreement after informing the CONSUMER. By purchasing our products or engaging our services, the CONSUMER understands that there will be NO refunds unless otherwise agreed upon by LAYER SENSE STUDIO.

For custom orders, after the first payment is completed, the order is deemed confirmed and the service contract cannot be terminated by the CONSUMER without LAYER SENSE STUDIO's permission. In the event when a confirmed order is terminated, there will be NO refund of the said order for the CONSUMER.
